Launching a new brand is never a straight path. After years of passion, community insight, and early prototypes, Laura had laid the foundations for BounceDown, a brand with a powerful story and a clear purpose. What was missing was the structure and creative partnership to translate her vision into a market-ready identity. As a solo founder balancing another business and bootstrapping the idea, she needed more than design, she needed a strategic collaborator to bring clarity, momentum, and a pathway forward.
The challenge was clear: most activewear and swimwear options either overlooked bust support entirely or catered to plus-size leisurewear, leaving women like Laura, active, adventurous, and D+ sized without a product that truly fit. BounceDown set out to change that by creating a better swimsuit, but also shifting how these women saw themselves in motion.
That’s where we stepped in. More than just a creative partner we became an embedded extension of the brand, holding space for the weight of launching something deeply personal, with the structure to deliver and move forward. Together we transformed a concept into an aligned brand.
Through strategic discovery, founder-led coaching, and market research, we helped refine the vision and identify a unique position in an underserved space. We distilled Laura’s voice, mission, and values into a brand identity system that celebrated both performance and freedom, empowering women to feel strong, supported, and seen.
From campaign direction to website copy, product refinement to customer positioning, we built every touchpoint with intention. The Shopify website solution was more than an online store, a platform for storytelling that showcased the product in motion and connected the brand to both emotion and function. Every detail reflected BounceDown’s ethos: functional design that moves with you, not against you.
The result? Within a week of launching the brand, BounceDown Swimwear made their first sale and within a month engaged with their first wholesale stockist! TMF and our extended team were deeply proud of this project. We had the chance to guide a brand from pure concept to market presence, creating visuals that embodied freedom, strength, and female empowerment.

Through focus groups with over 30 women, we integrated real feedback and fit insights into both product and messaging.
The brand narrative positioned its eco-conscious fabric (made from recycled plastic) as a central part of the story.
Built on Shopify, the website was designed to showcase the brand story, educate customers, and allowed for quick updates in response to early sales and market feedback.
